Matriculation Reset Password

Please enter the following before creating your new password.

Your Edinburgh Napier student number (e.g. 40001234):

Your personal email address (the one you used for your application):

*Please enter your email address
*Please enter a valid email

Please read the following carefully before proceeding.

Please ensure your password

is at least 15 characters
does not contain your name or Edinburgh Napier number
does not contain words such as napier or password
is not the same as any previous password

Your new password:

*Password does not meet the criteria

Confirm your new password:

*Please confirm your password
*Passwords do not match

On clicking 'Submit' you will be taken to the Security Info page on your Microsoft 365 account.
When signing in to your Microsoft 365 account use your email address in the format [your Edinburgh Napier student number]@live.napier.ac.uk, e.g. 40001234@live.napier.ac.uk plus the password you have just set.
To set your Multi-Factor Authentication, click Add Method and select Authenticator App or Phone.
